Frank was an interesting person who was never afraid to learn something new. His sense of humor is one of the traits that will linger for a long time when people speak his name. Despite recent health issues he never stopped wanting to participate in Garden Club functions, where his expertise was valued. He will be missed. He Loved Lucie and they were a true team. What a wonderful legacy for Frank. While he will be missed he will be keeping everyone above in stitches with his sense of humor.
