Our service is limited to that which our Licensed Funeral Director's provide and our attendants, not the service from outside contractors, such as, cemetery and vault personnel etc., which we are not responsible. We also offer the finest merchandise; such as caskets, vaults, urns, register books, crucifixes, dresses/suits, acknowledgment cards, cemetery candles, etc. The Heintzelman Funeral Home does not sell merchandise, it offers merchandise that is priced within everyone's means.

We will not be undersold by any funeral home or third party sales of funeral merchandise. The Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. will refund the difference of the total amount of merchandise and services selected if the total costs are higher than the other parties written statement. It is in the best interest of the families served to have a total price guarantee for the total of all costs that include service and merchandise selected.

Not only are the families we serve witnesses to our service, but also the clergy who work with us during the service.
