A. Heintzelman was licensed in 1953 and received his degree from the
Eckel's Mortuary School in Philadelphia. Richard A. Heintzelman
operates the funeral home in Schnecksville, PA, which was started by
his Uncle, Walter S. Bard in 1938. Richard has assisted in all aspects
of both of his sons' funeral home in Hellertown. In January 1996 the
funeral home in Schnecksville merged with the funeral home in
Hellertown to become the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. Richard is a
Past President of the Upper Lehigh Lions Club and a member of the Union
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville. Richard and his wife Jean
(Bear), reside in Schnecksville.
