David L. Stuempfle is a certified crematory specialist at Lehigh Valley Crematory Services Inc., Hellertown. He has worked part-time for the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. since 2001 in various roles. He is a retired teacher at Palisades School District from the Science Department where he worked for 36 years. Born in Williamsport, PA, he is a 1960 Graduate of South Williamsport High School, and a 1964 Graduate of the Bloomsburg State College. In 1967 he earned a Master's Degree from Lehigh University, Bethlehem. A member of the First United Church of Christ, Hellertown, he is married to Georgine M. (Kocher) Stuempfle who also assists the funeral home. They live in Hellertown and have three children and two grandchildren.
