Mrs. Larkin was my 5th grade teacher at LBCS over 30 years ago but seems like yesterday and was one of my favorites and was always very kind and helpful. I was sorry to read about her passing in Newsday. I will always have fond memories of her and am sorry for your loss.

Maryanne was like family to us. A kind and caring person. The world is less of a place without her. Thinking of Mike and the kids and grandchildren.

I only met her once at Joe and I's wedding but she was so warm and friendly that I felt like I had been part of her family for much longer. I feel so blessed that I was able to spend time with her at the wedding and at breakfast the next day. She was such a kind loving person and I wish I had gotten to spend more time with her. I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Chrissy Larkin
