Gordon L. Brader, 74, of Lower Saucon Twp. passed away, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He is the husband of Marlene (Duh) Brader. Born in Hellertown on April 4, 1938 to the late Stanley and Elenora (Weierbach) Brader. He was an Architectural Representative for over 50 years at Roland & Roland, Bethlehem until his retirement. Gordon had a passion for golf and enjoyed the outdoors, especially beautifying his yard. Gordon was a 1956 graduate of Hellertown High School. He is member of New Jerusalem Evang. Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Twp. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 55 years; daughter: Lynn and her husband Albert van Gelder; sons: Scott & Gregg Brader; daughter Lisa and her husband David Van Skiver; daughter: Marcia & her husband Joseph Petraglia; grandchildren: Paula, Roberta, Renee, Gavin, Brenna, Cullen, Katelyn, Brooke, Rachel and John; great granddaughter: Paisley; siblings: Elaine (Roland) Cawley, Glenn (Barbara), Kevin (Beverly) and Brian Brader. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street – Hellertown. The service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Reverend Tricia A. McMackin, officiating. Interment will conclude services at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
