Caroline (Bednar) Leshko, 83, of Coplay, died Saturday, January 21, 2012 in the home of her son, John A. Leshko. She was the wife of the late John S. Leshko.

Born in Coplay, November 26, 1928, Caroline was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Dripko) Bednar. She was employed as a sewing machine operator at the former Tama Mfg. in Northampton, for many years before retiring. She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall.

Survivors: Children, Barbara A. wife of Richard A. George II of Coplay, Veronica M. wife of Raymond L. Hoffman of Slatington, John A. Leshko with whom she resided, Rosanne F. wife of Terry L. Peters of Coplay, Timothy J. Leshko of Coplay; brother, Andrew Bednar of Whitehall; grandchildren, Pamela, Amy, Chad, Angela, Truie, Sarah Beth, Kirsten and Kaitlin; great grandchildren, Madison, Jaden, Brianna, Riley, Davis, Michael, Sofia and Hayden; predeceased by siblings, John and Michael Bednar, Mary DaSilva, Catherine Valo, Sophia Bobenko and Helen Koschak.

Service: Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 4456 Main Street, (Egypt) Whitehall, with the Rev. Msgr. Daniel J. Yenushosky as Celebrant. Family and friends may pay their respects from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. Interment will follow the Mass at Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville.
