Bernard J. Rafferty, Sr., 59, of Lower Saucon Twp. died Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Fountain Hill. He is the husband of E. Audrey (O'Connor) Rafferty. Born in Easton on April 1, 1952 to Bernard J. Rafferty and Emma (Schwartz) Rafferty, both of Easton. Bernie was a project manager for ABB, Inc. Warminster. He is a member of Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Colesville.

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 34 years last April; parents; children: Andrea E. wife of Sean M. Carney of Yardley, Sara M. Rafferty in FL, Bernard J. Rafferty Jr. and his wife Krista L. and their daughter Josephine E. of Fogelsville; sisters: Patricia wife of Rev. Willie Williams of Easton and Rosemary E. Rafferty of Allentown.

Services: Family and friends are invited to call 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2012 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street - Hellertown. The service will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the church, 4101 Old Philadelphia Pike, (Colesville) Bethlehem. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
