David R. Ettinger, age 53, of Allentown PA, died Monday, February 27, 2006 at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem PA.

Born in Allentown PA, David was the son of the late Jessie E. (Trapp) Ettinger and Carlton Farber. He worked in Maintenance, cleaning limousines and buses for Elite Limousine, Inc. in Whitehall PA for the last 5 years. Prior to that, he worked in the warehouse at Exide Battery, formerly located in Allentown and was an Equipment Operator for Reithoffer Amusements, originating in Florida where he operated a Carousel throughout the East Coast. He was an avid fisherman, and a Member of Ranger Lake, Ormrod PA and Grouse Hall, Ironton PA.

He is survived by his Brothers, Raymond Ettinger of Allentown PA and Wilson Dunlap, Jr.; Sisters, Irene Victory of Allentown PA, Clara Koch, with whom he resided and Linda Zenz of Wyomissing PA; and many Nieces and Nephews. He is predeceased in death by his Brother, Harry Ettinger.

David's Family will receive Family and Friends to celebrate his life 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2006 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA.
