Willard L. “Buzzard Bill” Henninger, Jr. 52, of Schnecksville, died Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Elizabeth J. (Acker) Henninger. The couple celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary last Valentine’s Day.

Born in Allentown, April 4, 1958, he was the son of the late Willard L. Sr. and Mona R. (Sedler) Henninger. He was employed as a vintage car specialist in the auto restoration industry prior to becoming disabled. An avid motorcyclist, Bill enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, body art and piercing and working on his cars and trucks. He particularly enjoyed hanging out with his grandson, Damion.

Survivors: In addition to his wife; sons, Willard L. Henninger III of Emmaus, George Henninger and Marc C. Henninger both of Schnecksville, Axl L. Henninger of Topton; sister, Diana Ardel of Coopersburg; grandchildren, Damion and Draven.

Services: A memorial service will be held at the later date. No calling hours. The Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. in Schnecksville is in charge of arrangements.
