Richard D. Sandy, 67, of Lower Saucon Twp. died Saturday, February 13, 2010 in his home. He is the husband of Bernice L. (Otto) Sandy.

Born in Allentown on June 12, 1942 to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Miller) Sandy. He is a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Twp.

Survivors: In addition to his loving Wife of 35 years; Son, Christopher L. Karner of Hellertown; a Brother and a Sister.

Services: Private. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.
