Harry E. Michael, 81, of Lower Saucon Twp. died Sunday, June 21, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He is the husband of Kay M. (Kunkel) Michael.

Born in Bethlehem on January 23, 1928 to the late Thomas and Elvira (Smith) Michael. Harry worked at the former Bethlehem Steel as a molder for many years until retiring. He served his country honorably during peacetime in the US Army Air Force. Harry is a member of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury, had served on its Church Council and was very active in the life of the church. He is a past board member of the Morgenland Cemetery Association.

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 51 years last Sept. 21; Son, William B. and his wife Kathleen M. of Wallingford; Daughters, Carolyn A. wife of Dennis L. Raudenbush of Hellertown, Cynthia K. Corby of Hellertown and Kathleen A. wife of Michael B. Krock of Hellertown; Sisters, Dorothy, Annette Yeakel and June Mitchell, all of Easton; 10 Grandchildren, Joel, Janna and Bethany Raudenbush, Margaret and Richard, Michael, Craig and Robert Corby, Stephen, Krystina, and Mackenzie Krock; and Great Grandson, Ian Raudenbush. He is predeceased by his Son, Harry E. "Buddy" Jr. in 1983; Brothers, Thomas "Pete", Lawrence, Robert and Randolph; and Sister, Shirley McEntyre.

Services: Family and friends are invited to call 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street - Hellertown and 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church. The service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Church, 1707 Church Road - Allentown. The interment will conclude services at Morgenland Cemetery, Salisbury Twp.
