Annamae B. Bergstresser, age 84, known to her friends as Anne, of the Colonnades, Charlottesville VA, formerly of Columbia MD, Edina MN and Paris, France, died Saturday, September 16, 2006 at her residence. She is the wife of the late Neal G. Bergstresser, who died March 6, 2003.

Born in Lower Saucon Township PA, she is the daughter of the late William and Florence (Ebert) Beidelman. She was a 1944 Graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville PA and a Member of Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley PA.

Anne was a former Teacher and devoted Homemaker. She and Neal were world travelers and continued to correspond with their international friends. Throughout her life she was a giving Volunteer and Tutor in French and English.

She is survived by her Daughter, Carole A., wife of Lawrence H. Freas of Harlottesville VA; Sister, Eleanor Kline of Katy TX; 4 Grandchildren, James N. Freas husband of Kelly, Kathryn M. wife of Robert Woerheide, Erin A. wife of Steven Smith and William L. Freas; and 1 Great Granddaughter, Rebecca K. Freas.

Family and Friends are invited to call 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
