God looked around His garden and He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this earth, and saw his tired face.
He put his arms around him and lifted him to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
He knew that he was suffering, He knew he was in pain.
He knew that he would never get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb
So He closed his weary eyelids, and whispered , " Peace be thine."
It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Hal will be greatly missed. He was truly an asset to the team.

My prayers are with you all.

I have been one of Hal’s supervisors for the past few years. He was a definite asset to our program. We were shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He often spoke of the joy that his family brought to his life – particularly his granddaughter!
When he was helping to make test calls to our trainees, they often expressed how kind and helpful he was, and some even asked if he could make all of their calls! He will be greatly missed! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

To Hal’s Family:
I had the honor of working with Hal both as a seasonal lead and as an OEC. I got the opportunity to get to know Hal during our time as seasonal leads in the early part of ’06. Hal was a good friend and great colleague. I am very sad to hear of his passing. He was a good man and I’m really going to miss him.

I am so very sorry to hear of Hal's passing. I have had the pleasure of working with Hal for NTI for the last 2 1/2 yrs. Although we never met face to face, he always made it seem we had. He gave us all a chuckle everyday. He is greatly missed. I pray that the Lord will keep you strong in your hour of sadness.
