Arlene M. (Moyer) Lewis, 83, of Slatington, died Saturday, November 1, 2008 in her home. She was the wife of the late Harry S. Lewis.

Born in Germansville on October 3, 1925, Arlene was the daughter of the late Howard and Mabel (Herbert) Moyer. She was employed at the former Western Electric in Allentown for 28 years before retiring in 1981. Arlene was a member of the Ebenezer United Church of Christ.

Survivors: Daughters, Dianne L. Gaspar and her husband Vincent and Donna L. Neff and her husband Richard both of Slatington; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

Services: Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 06, 2008 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Kevin Fruchtl officiating. Family and friends may call 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Ebenezer Church Cemetery, New Tripoli.
