James B. Gregory, 90, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at his residence. He is the husband of Marie B. (Ortwein) Gregory.

Born in Bethlehem on November 8, 1917, he is the son of the late Edward and Grace (Moyer) Gregory. James worked at the Bethlehem Steel as a Roll Turner until retiring. He served this country honorably during WWII in the US Navy, and was a member of the United Steel Workers Union of America.

Survivors: In addition to his wife of 62 years; son: James S. Gregory and his wife Elaine of Bethlehem; daughters: Kathleen M. Newhart of Bethlehem and Jamie Baran of Bethlehem; twin brother: Ned in Mississippi; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Services: Private services. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is assisting this family.
