Michael Vincent Giunta, 39, died Aug. 11, 2008 at his residence in Catasaqua.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on March 25, 1969, he is the son of Gloria (LaPierre) Giunta of Allentown and Vincent and step mother Cheryl (Gearhart) Giunta both of Hellertown. Michael worked for Human Resources under the care of Lehigh Valley ACTS, Bethlehem and served his country honorably in the US Navy.

Survivors: In addition to Parents and Step Mother; paternal grandmother: Rose Gentile wife of Norman Gorenstein; Maternal step grandfather: James T. Gearhart; brothers: Robert J. and Thomas J., half sister: Stephanie R. Moyer; half brother: Nicholas J.; step brother: Edward J. Ritter.

Services: Memorial Service - 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Canal Park, 1960 Dauphin Road, Hanover Twp. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.
