My sympathies

Doug Joseph    06-22-2008

Mr. Nemeth was my 8th grade science teacher. He made a great impact on me growing up throughout my junior high years. I have alot of good memories of him at school and when I would see him after he retired. In fact, I was fortunate enough to have him as a teacher right before he retired. He always loved golf and we would always talk about sports. My sympathies go out to his family.

Dear Millie, My husband Ernie will be at the whole funeral. I will try to get to the calling hours the day before. This death has me particularly depressed as there have been 8 deaths of our friends and aunts, uncles and cousins recently over the past 8 months in both the Stimpfl and Wechsler families. Trust me,the funeral is just the fun part! I lost my husband Samuel (also a public school techer) to pulmonary fibrosis in 1995, where he lay unconscious for 2 weeks until he died, as Joey did. If you need any comforting, I'd be glad to help you with anything and wish you luck in the months ahead.
I will also remember him in my prayers every day.

Dear Millie:
We are so sorry for the loss of your husband Joe. He was a very warm and caring person. Truely wonderful and kind. He will be deeply missed by all whom he touched in his life. It was an honor to have him and yourself share in our renewal of our wedding vows last Novemeber. He will be forever in our prayers. God bless you and peace be with you.

Mrs. Nemeth,
The both of you have been very special in my life, not only growing up in Schnecksville but with Joe working with us at our funeral homes. I can not begin to tell you the effect Joe has had on us; his positive attitude, his work ethics and commitment to his community and organizations he had belonged to, is only a small testament of his life. His love for you was truly something special of which we all could learn from. Even though words seem so inadaquate at this time, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. And through our faith, we can gain strength knowing that Joe doesn't have to go through anymore. His memory will always remain with me and know I am a better person for knowing Joseph C.F. Nemeth.

The extreme pain and sorrow over the loss of someone who has shared love, friendship, and companionship throughout the many years of a wonderful marriage can only be felt by the surviving spouse.

Mrs. Nemeth,

How could I forget Joe's devotion to you all those years when you coached girls' field hockey at Parkland? He attended so many games and cheered for us as though we were his family. I felt a special kinship to him because he went to high school with my mom. But I especially adored his positive attiude and the smile with which he greeted me, both in my teens, and in my 40s. Lymphoma may have robbed his body, but it cannot rob his spirit. He will be missed by many.
