Paul J. Aranyos, Sr., age 80, of Cherry Street, Hellertown PA, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 30th, 2004 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. He was the Husband of Dorothy M. "Dolly" (Feist) Aranyos. The couple celebrated their 56th Wedding Anniversary this past March.

He was the son of the late John G. and Katie (Sarotar) Aranyos. Paul had worked in the Electrical Department of the Bethlehem Steel for 19 years, retiring in 1985. He was a Member of the USW 2600 Union. He also worked at the Hellertown Bakery as a Salesman. He served his country faithfully during World War II in the United States Army. He was a Member of St. John Capistrano Catholic Church, Bethlehem, where he grew up as an Alter Boy. He was also a Life member and Past Commander of the Edward H. Ackerman Post 397, Hellertown; Member of the Northampton County Past Commander's Association; Life Member of the VFW Post 3094, Hellertown; and Member of the Dewey Fire Company, Hellertown.

He is survived by his Wife; Daughters, Diane M., wife of William Smith of Virginia Beach VA and Bonnie L., wife of Allan Thomas of Allentown PA; Son, Paul J. Aranyos, Jr. of Hellertown PA; 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. He is predeceased in death by 4 Brothers and a Sister.

Funeral Services will be held 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at the Church, 912 E. 4th St. Bethlehem PA. Family and Friends may call 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Interment with Military Honors in Union Cemetery of Hellertown .
