Mildred E. (Fluck) Mease, age 91, of Lower Saucon Township PA, died Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at the VNA Hospice at St. Luke's, Bethlehem PA. She is the Wife of the late George F. Mease, 1999.

Born in Lower Saucon Township, she is the daughter of the late Floyd J. and Myrtle B. (More) Fluck. She had worked with her Husband on the farm in the truck patch and had helped with the butchering. They were one of the first farm families in the former South Side Market in Bethlehem and one of the last families before its closing. She was a Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Pleasant Valley PA, where she was active in Quilting and the Women's Group. Mildred had attended the former Hellertown High School.

She is survived by her Sons, Eugene E. and his wife DeEtta of Ocala FL, Richard G. of Hellertown PA, Norman C. and his wife of Louise P. of Hellertown PA and Alan R. and his wife Onalee of Bethlehem PA; Daughters, Martha B., wife of Robert E. Sterling of Bethlehem PA, Esther M., wife of Randy Knickerbocker of Elkland PA and Ruthann M. Valente of Bethlehem PA; Brother, Floyd M. of Bethlehem PA; Sisters, Stella Buttner of Easton PA and Maude, wife of Harry Kline of Kintnersville PA; 17 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren. She is predeceased in death by a Son, Stanley; Grandson, Robert S. Sterling; and Brother, Francis A. Fluck.

Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2005 at Trinity U.C.C., 1990 Route 212, Pleasant Valley PA. Interment to follow services at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Family and Friends may call 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main St. Hellertown PA and 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Church.
