Helen S. (Greenawald) Hamm, age 95, of the Phoebe Home, Allentown PA, formerly of Schnecksville PA, died Saturday, December 13, 2003 in the Phoebe Home. She was the Widow of the late Victor J. Hamm.

Born in Germansville PA, she was the daughter of the late Edwin K. and Minnie (Krum) Greenawald. She was the Secretary to the Superintendent of the Parkland Area School District for 16 years, retiring in 1970. Prior to that, she was the Secretary to the Superintendent of the Allentown State Hospital, Allentown PA, for 11 years. She was a Member of the Ebenezer United Church of Christ, New Tripoli PA. She was a former Sunday School Teacher for the Schnecksville Sunday School for many years. She was also a former 4-H Leader in Schnecksville for many years and a former Volunteer Reader for the Phoebe Home, Allentown PA, from 1980 - 1995.

She is survived by her Son, Russell T. Hamm, Husband of Deborah of Katy TX; and Granddaughter, Sharon Hamm.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2003 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA. Family and Friends may Call 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Funeral Home. The Reverend Kevin F. Fruchtl officiating. Interment in Ebenezer Church Cemetery, New Tripoli PA.
